All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing time may be extended. You will be notified if there is a significant delay in fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
